The degree of commitment is determined through the objective analysis of each area.

Non-redundancy

Maximum information on all actions being carried out, with the aim of avoiding efficiency reduction caused by uncoordinated duplicate efforts.

Transparency

Process transparency, sustained by the obligation that the policies adopted be communicable, observable and transparent.

Measurement

The CSR management policies and systems adopted by each area must be specified in a rigorous measurement of results.

Totality and individuality

Our model stresses the individuality (unique quality) that each of our organisation’s areas possesses.

Coherence

The process of adoption and implementation of our CSR system is subject to the coherence of its actions.
