FIRST – RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND CARE OF THE AUTOMATED TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
1.1. Pursuant to ORGANIC LAW 15/1999, of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, we hereby inform the interested party (hereinafter “User”) that the personal data supplied freely, voluntarily and unequivocally through forms for this purpose” (hereinafter “the Form”) available through one or more services on the website, are treated in an automated manner for their subsequent addition to a secure automated file, registered with the Data Protection Agency, under the file name “USERS”, ASSYCE Ingenieros being their holder and responsible for them.
SECOND - PURPOSE OF THE AUTOMATED TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. The purpose of the files is to obtain the minimum personal data that will make possible the identification of the physical person who requests the Portal’s different services, with the objective of formalising a legal relationship when this is contemplated, and with the possibility of adapting the Portal’s services to the profile indicated by the User on the Form.
2.2. Pursuant to LAW 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, ASSYCE Ingenieros announces that the BULLETINS may be accompanied by commercial information (in which case the word publicidad (advertising) will visibly appear at the beginning of the BULLETIN). The User is entitled to reject this service by sending an email to email@example.com, expressing his/her right to cancel it.
THIRD – PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. Your personal data may be provided with the identical purpose to any of the public or private entities collaborating with ASSYCE Ingenieros.
The specific recipient of such a provision will be ASSYCE Ingenieros S.L. c/ Estepona, 3, 18009 Granada, stating, if necessary, the names of other recipients of the transferred data in contractual clauses in accordance with the Users o clients.
3.2. Personal data will not be treated for purposes other than those authorised by the User.

5.1. The User is free to respond or not to the questions contained in the Form, obtaining all services requested, except in the case of Forms containing mandatory or required fields, indicated with an asterisk (*), in which incomplete or inaccurate data will not be accepted.
5.2. The User must update the personal data supplied on the Form.
5.3. The User has the right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose, in addition to the right to be informed as to his/her personal data compiled in the file. In order to exercise these rights he/she must fill in the “Document” found at the bottom of this page.
SIXTH - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. ASSYCE Ingenieros assumes no liability regarding the veracity of the personal data compiled on the Form supplied by minors or by third parties. Thus ASSYCE Ingenieros reserves the right to terminate any service related with said User.
